Hybrid Exchange

Authority · admission · execution · reconciliation

Liquidity providers

Reviewed connectivity · bounded inventory · quote terms

Target operating model. Provider connectivity and live participation are not yet available.

FOR PROVIDERS

Connect to the execution authority.

Providers attach to Exchange. The planned onboarding model covers approved instruments, connectivity, operational contacts, inventory and credit limits, quote conventions and settlement responsibilities.

Firm quotes need clear size, price, fees, expiry and acceptance rules. Retries must not create a second acceptance; expired terms require a new review.

FOR BUSINESSES

Build control around the request.

Business activity requires explicit organisation membership and account grants. Preparation and approval are separate actions, with approvals bound to the relevant request and policy.

Banking delegation will let authorized applications request execution without transferring ownership of that process away from Exchange.

Participation

Instrument and account eligibility, provider terms and scoped permissions.

Planned integration

Execution controls

Price protection, order limits, quote expiry and independent business review.

Planned integration

Operational oversight

Request-to-result traceability, reconciliation queues and controlled recovery.
